The Toolkit is a collection of resources that supports the professional learning for teachers about the profile of refugee learners with limited formal schooling and for teaching other students about refugees. The resources include downloadable PDF files and pages of links to additional reading materials about the experiences of refugees and displaced people, teaching materials to build understanding of the refugee situation in the world, and cultural profiles of the ethnocultural groups that arrive in North America as refugees.
